Palm Jumeirah Villa

Brief :
Design a cozy environment suitable for children to have fun and for the family to spend quality and leisure time together; whilst keeping the interior look elegant and in line with the client modern and sophisticated taste.

Concept :
The idea was to make the most of the space and create different and specific areas to host host a number of people doing different activities often at the same time (children play area; man majlis; lady majlis; official reception; small lounge; family dining; etc. ) which would not interfere into each other although being connected. The choice of materials is extremely functional since the space is meant to be fully lived and used by a big family. However the FF&E communicate a sense of timeless luxury and elegance. The color scheme and the lighting design enhance the natural light of the villa and bring up a feeling of holiday beach house. The villa has a private access to a beautiful beach and infinity pool which are framed by the windows.
